Since April 1, 2008, Attorney Kalene Engel has served as the Executive Director of the CJCC. She graduated summa cum laude from Winona State University majoring in Paralegal studies, and later graudated summa cum laude from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, where she was the Valedictorian of her law school class. In addition to her duties as CJCC Coordinator, Ms. Engel is the owner of Engel Law Office in Winona, where she concentrates her practice on personal injury/wrongful death claims and family law matters. Ms. Engel also taught law classes for ten years as an Adjunct Professor at Winona State University, serves as Town Clerk of the Town of Milton and coaches for the Pirate Youth Volleyball Program.
