Winona County Criminal Justice Coordinating Council (CJCC) members Karin Sonneman, Carmaine Sturino, and Sally Cumiskey spoke at the annual conference of the Criminal Justice Institute on August 23 in St. Paul. The group presented information on how to create and run a countywide CJCC and the Winona experience in creating and sustaining a CJCC.
